Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of FIVEFRAME, a Windows desktop application designed to assist with short-form video creation and user-controlled social media publishing workflows.
1. User responsibility
You are responsible for the content you create, upload, schedule, or publish using FIVEFRAME and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and the rules of each connected platform.
2. Connected social accounts
FIVEFRAME may allow you to connect third-party social media accounts using official authorization mechanisms. You must only connect accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
3. Publishing actions
FIVEFRAME performs platform actions only as part of workflows initiated or configured by the user. For TikTok's initial integration, videos are intended to be transferred to the authenticated user's own TikTok account as drafts, with final editing and publishing completed by the user in TikTok.
4. Platform availability
Third-party integrations depend on the availability, permissions, policies, review status, and APIs of the relevant platforms. Features may change or stop working if those platforms modify their services.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use FIVEFRAME to:
- Access or publish to accounts without authorization.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content.
- Attempt to bypass platform security, rate limits, review requirements, or access controls.
- Misrepresent FIVEFRAME as being owned, endorsed, or operated by TikTok, YouTube, Meta, or any other third party.
6. Intellectual property
Users retain responsibility for rights to the media and materials they provide or create. FIVEFRAME branding, software, and original application assets remain the property of their respective owner.
7. No guarantee of uninterrupted service
FIVEFRAME is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee that third-party APIs, authentication, uploading, scheduling, or publishing features will always be available without interruption.
8. Changes
These Terms may be updated as FIVEFRAME functionality and platform integrations evolve.

FIVEFRAME is currently operated as an independent desktop software project. A dedicated public support contact will be added before public commercial distribution.
