Privacy Policy
FIVEFRAME is a Windows desktop application that helps users create short-form videos and manage publishing workflows for social media accounts they choose to connect.
1. Information we process
Depending on the features used, FIVEFRAME may process:
- Basic account information returned by a connected social platform during authorization.
- OAuth access tokens required to perform user-authorized platform actions.
- Video files, titles, captions, thumbnails, and publishing settings selected by the user.
- Local application configuration and workflow history needed to operate the desktop application.
2. How information is used
Information is used only to provide the features requested by the user, including account connection, video upload, draft creation, scheduling, and publishing workflows.
3. TikTok data
When a user connects TikTok, FIVEFRAME uses TikTok authorization and Content Posting API functionality only for actions initiated by that user. The initial integration is designed to upload a selected video to the authenticated user's own TikTok account as a draft so the user can review and publish it in TikTok.
4. Data sharing
FIVEFRAME does not sell personal information. Content and account information are not shared with unrelated third parties except when necessary to communicate with the social platforms selected by the user or to provide infrastructure required for the requested feature.
5. Storage and security
FIVEFRAME is primarily a desktop application. Sensitive credentials should be stored only as required for the connected integration and protected using appropriate local or platform-provided security mechanisms.
6. User control
Users can disconnect a social account by revoking FIVEFRAME's authorization from the relevant platform or by removing the connection from the application when that option is available.
7. Data deletion requests
Users may request deletion of application-related data by contacting the FIVEFRAME operator through the contact method provided with the distributed application. Platform authorization can also be revoked directly from the connected platform's account settings.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when FIVEFRAME features or platform integrations change. The revision date above will be updated accordingly.
